DTF troubleshooting path

A DTF problem is not always a shirt press setting problem. Transfer size, ink coverage, fabric stretch, polyester dye migration, trapped moisture, lint, supplier film, powder, white ink, peel method, second press, wash timing, and dryer heat can all change the result.

Start by checking whether the transfer size fits the garment. Then check pressure and seam clearance. If the issue appears after a day, wash, or dryer cycle, compare the supplier note, blank type, cure quality, covered second press, and care process before changing only temperature.
